Installation:

• Installation of this exhaust system requires no cutting or welding. Simply remove your vehicle's exhaust system and install this new Akrapovič Evolution Line performance exhaust system on your vehicle.
• Assembly instructions are not included in the delivery.

Observations:

• The Akrapovič Evolution Line high-performance exhaust system for Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 / 63s AMG W167 (2018-2022) is made of high-quality, lightweight titanium for a weight saving of 34.2% compared to the system AMG Performance exhaust. Power gains of 6.3kW (8.6PS) and torque increases of 21.3Nm have been achieved, both at 2800rpm, when tested on the Akrapovič dyno against the Mercedes-Benz GLE 63s Coupé C167 (2020-2023) with an AMG Performance exhaust system.
• The Akrapovič Evolution Line high-performance exhaust system for Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 / 63s AMG W167 (2018-2022) features a specially designed design with a central and two lateral silencers and a collector made of titanium, all of them connected to stainless steel connection tubes with a larger diameter compared to the original and custom-made. Fully insulated flexible tubes where they join the downspouts.
• This Akrpovič Evolution Line exhaust system is equipped with three exhaust valves, operated by a specially developed control kit: one on each side of the silencer and one on the active X connection on the link pipe to create an experience of perfect sound. The valve housings, the X-connection and the reinforcement, or central pillar, of the exhaust pipes are all cast in-house at the Akrapovič factory.
• The Evolution Line exhaust system is finished with unique carbon fiber and titanium dual outlet tailpipes on each side, featuring a striking design that has never been used before, with the carbon fiber outer sleeve shaped Handcrafted dynamics perfectly aligned with the sandblasted and coated titanium interior, all giving a powerful and sporty finish to this impressive exhaust system.
• The Akrapovič Evolution Line exhaust system produces a distinctive deep, pure tone, with a full-bodied sound at idle and a well-defined, strong bubbling as revs increase, leading to a high-frequency sound full of sporty character at high revs.
• The Evolution Line exhaust system has been tuned to give occupants the comfort of driving like a commuter without unwanted hum or excessive noise.
• This exhaust system is ECE compatible which is a serious performer in all areas.
• This exhaust system is compatible for vehicles with original Mercedes-Benz trailer hitch coupling.

Additional supported options:

• This Evolution Line exhaust system can be further tuned with the optional Akrapovič sound kit to control the valves on the exhaust and provide greater flexibility in the sound the exhaust produces. (With the installation of the Akrapovič sound kit, the ECE type approval for the Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is not valid.
