The prices and availability of the products are valid except for end of stock or typographical error. The prices of our Products are expressed in Euros. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in these prices, but not the shipping costs that will be borne by the Customer and must be paid additionally (* See exceptions) If you represent a professional workshop, a physical store or sell online and want to distribute our products, contact us and we will offer you special conditions: rates, offers, promotions, merchandising, etc.


We accept payment by bank transfer, deposit into any SABADELL or BBVA, or credit card. You can also pay for your purchases in easy installments through the financing service offered and managed directly by Pagantis. The process is 100% online, fast, paperless and immediate, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The payment gateway will be available in the last step of the purchase process, where it will be possible to choose the desired method.



1. The availability of goods and delivery times are available in the information on the website.

2. If a product ordered by the Customer is not available, despite the timely removal for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the Seller will immediately inform of the unavailability and will immediately refund the Customer any payment already made in case of cancellation.

3. For delays in delivery due to reasons for which the Seller is not responsible (force majeure, fault of third parties, etc.), the period will be extended accordingly. The Client will be immediately informed of this. If the causes of the delay persist for more than four weeks after the conclusion of the contract, each party has the right to terminate the contract.

4. Delivery is carried out, unless otherwise specified, at a fixed shipping and shipping cost. The exact amount is priced separately with each delivery.

5. Delivery times: the estimated delivery time for each item is indicated in our online store. Our products have different delivery times according to their category and shipping area:     

Products in Stock: From 3 to 5 business days.     Products out of stock: From 20 to 30 business days.

6. International Shipping:     

Products in Stock: From 7 to 10 working days.     Products out of Stock: From 30 to 40 calendar days.



JB CUSTOMS recognizes the right of withdrawal in the terms and deadlines established in the Retail Trade Management Law, in which case JB CUSTOMS will reimburse the customer for the amount paid in respect of price and applicable taxes.

To exercise this right of return, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, considering as such date, unless proven otherwise, the one indicated in the delivery document signed by the same. Returns will be accepted in case of delivery error, defect, malfunction or right of withdrawal in the requested item. Returns will only be accepted satisfying the purchase amount on those items that have not been installed or manipulated. No refunds or changes will be processed on personalized items; In this case, changes will be made to the same product due to malfunction or repair thereof (See guarantees). JB CUSTOMS reserves the right to demand compensation to compensate for the possible damage suffered by the goods, as well as to recover the direct costs caused by the return as established by law in the right of withdrawal. Any return must be previously accepted by the JB CUSTOMS team.

The direct costs caused by the return will be paid by the customer, and the amount already paid for the shipment will not be returned. Many of our items are shipped directly from the factory, so in the event of a return, the expenses derived from origin must be paid by the customer. In the event that the return service is contracted by JB CUSTOMS, the freight derived from the return may vary with respect to the subscribers for the original shipment, so you must previously contact the customer service team to verify the amount total.

The products must be properly packed and must arrive at our facilities in the same conditions in which they were delivered. In the event that the product requires installation, the expenses derived from it will never be reimbursed. The return of the item will be processed once it is in the facilities or warehouses belonging to JB CUSTOMS within a maximum period of 14 days.

Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging and all its components (manuals, warranty, etc.) are not the original ones or if they are not found or in perfect condition. Do not use seals or adhesive tapes on them.
Claims on manipulated or painted products will not be accepted. In body products, it will always be necessary to check the parts on the vehicle before painting or handling.
Returns will not be accepted on replacement components or loose parts as exploded parts of an item ordered from the factory for a particular order.
In the event of any incident in the material received, lack or breakage during transport, the client will have a period of 24 hours to record it by contacting JB CUSTOMS in any of the available ways. If you check packaging that is in poor condition or damaged, make it clear by writing the comment next to the signature on the carrier's delivery note or PDA.



In all cases it will be absolutely essential to present the original purchase invoice. Internal, external or software manipulation of any item will void the warranty.

The sale of goods to professionals will enjoy a one-year warranty. Returns must always be pre-authorized by JB CUSTOMS.

The warranty period will be that stipulated by each manufacturer in particular due to manufacturing defect, with the exception of electronic and multimedia equipment, the warranty period will be 2 years from the date of delivery of the product, covering parts and labor .

JB CUSTOMS will not be responsible for the bad installation of any of our products or the improper use of them. No warranty procedure will be accepted if the product is unsealed as long as it was originally provided or if it has been tampered with in any way. In the event that the product requires installation, the expenses derived from it will never be paid.

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to notify any failure or defect after receiving their order. Within the described period and if necessary, the article will be replaced by a new one at the request of the client. After 14 days, a repair guarantee is offered. We may need tests such as images or videos to check and diagnose what the actual failure is. If the client does not provide the requested evidence, the claim will not be accepted. The expenses derived from transportation in case of warranty repair will be borne by JB CUSTOMS, picking up the item at your home and subsequent delivery therein. In the event that the product requires installation, the expenses derived from it will never be reimbursed.

The customized products on request will not accept under any circumstances their return or refund, but they do guarantee a one-year guarantee.

In the case of receiving a product for the processing of an alleged guarantee and finally this does not proceed for any reason, the client will be responsible for the expenses derived from the procedure.
