Please note that this ambient light kit can only be configured to control colors from the original vehicle display on Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 Facelift (2017-2019) versions. In the versions of Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 (2013-2016) it is not possible to control the colors of the ambient light from the original vehicle screen, in these versions you can only control the colors and intensity of the ambient light from the buttons of the original steering wheel of the vehicle.
When placing the order we will provide you with a diagram with the indications to control the ambient light from the buttons on the steering wheel of your vehicle, and in the case of the versions of Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 Facelift (2017-2019), we will provide you with a schematic to activate the ambient light option in the original vehicle screen and control the ambient light from the original vehicle screen.
This 12-color LED ambient lighting kit is equipped with air vents with integrated LED lighting to upgrade your vehicle to the latest models equipped with LED ambient lighting in the air vents.
This 12-color LED ambient lighting kit includes an OBD encoder, so vehicles not equipped with standard ambient lighting will be able to activate the ambient lighting option in your vehicle for proper operation.

The 12-color LED ambient lighting kit is equipped with Plug&Play installation system (disconnect the original vehicle air vents and connect the new air vents with integrated LED lighting), then you need to plug the encoder into the OBD port of the vehicle and carry out a coding to activate the option of ambient lighting in the vehicle.

In these versions you can control the ambient light from the buttons on the original steering wheel of the vehicle.

In these versions you can configure the ambient light on the vehicle's original screen or control the ambient light from the buttons on the original vehicle's steering wheel.
