Please note that this ambient light kit can only be configured to control colors from the original vehicle screen on Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 Facelift (2017-2019) versions. In Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 (2013-2016) versions it is not possible to control the colors of the ambient light from the original vehicle screen. In these versions you can only control the colors and intensity of the ambient light from the buttons on the steering wheel.
When placing the order we will provide you with a diagram with the instructions to control the ambient light from the buttons on the steering wheel of your vehicle, and in the case of the Mercedes-Benz GLA X156 Facelift (2017-2019) versions, we will provide you with a scheme to activate the ambient light option on the original vehicle screen and control the ambient light from the original vehicle screen.
This 12-color LED ambient lighting kit is equipped with air vents with integrated LED lighting to upgrade your vehicle to the latest models equipped with LED ambient lighting in the air vents.
This 12-color LED ambient lighting set includes an OBD encoder, so vehicles that are not equipped with standard ambient lighting can activate the ambient lighting option in their vehicle for correct operation.

The 12-color LED ambient lighting set is equipped with a Plug&Play installation system (disconnect the original ventilation ducts from the vehicle and connect the new ventilation ducts with integrated LED lighting), then you must connect the encoder to the OBD port of the vehicle and perform a coding to activate the ambient lighting option in the vehicle.

In these versions you can control the ambient light from the buttons on the vehicle's original steering wheel.
